Physical activity is essential to maintain human health, therefore it is important to maintain physical activity. Physical activity pyramid is based on daily physical activity: walking, climbing stairs, cycling. The following sequence of activities, which should be taken at least 3-5 times per week: fast walking, running, swimming or dancing. 2-3 times muscles need to be strengthened by strength and flexibility exercises. Sitting at the TV or other passive activities should take as little as possible time.
